These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the AI Skill Assessment platform, including all associated services, features, content, and applications. By creating an account or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 16 years of age to use our platform. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
2. Platform Services
Our platform provides AI skill assessment services, including but not limited to: hands-on challenges that evaluate AI collaboration proficiency across five dimensions (Prompt Clarity, Reasoning Strategy, AI Output Evaluation, Iteration Quality, and Resource Efficiency), automated scoring and evaluation, skill level certification (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert), percentile-based benchmarking, team analytics dashboards, and enterprise administration tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform honestly, ethically, and in accordance with its intended purpose. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
- Submitting assessments completed by another person or using unauthorized external assistance to gain an unfair advantage.
- Sharing, distributing, or publishing challenge prompts, solutions, expected outputs, or any assessment content in any form.
- Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the scoring algorithms, evaluation pipeline, or anti-cheating mechanisms.
- Using automated scripts, bots, or any programmatic method to interact with the platform or complete assessments without genuine human participation.
- Creating multiple accounts to reset scores, bypass restrictions, or gain additional assessment attempts beyond what is permitted.
- Interfering with or disrupting the platform's infrastructure, security features, or the experience of other users.
- Using the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or discriminatory purpose.
4. Assessment Integrity
The integrity of our assessments is fundamental to the value of every score and certification issued on our platform. All challenges are dynamically generated with randomized prompt variations to ensure fairness. Our platform employs submission pattern detection, behavioral analysis, and other integrity measures to identify and flag suspicious activity. If we determine that an assessment was completed in violation of these terms, we reserve the right to invalidate the score, revoke any associated certifications, and take further action as appropriate, including permanent account suspension.
5. Certification and Credentials
Certifications and skill level designations earned through our platform are based on your cumulative assessment performance. Certifications are issued digitally and may be shared on professional profiles and resumes. Certifications remain valid as long as your account is in good standing and the underlying scores have not been invalidated. We reserve the right to update certification criteria and skill level thresholds as our evaluation models evolve. Previously issued certifications will not be retroactively revoked due to criteria changes unless the original scores are found to be compromised.
6. Enterprise Accounts and Team Usage
Enterprise customers may access additional features, including team analytics, budget-controlled model selection, bulk user management, and organizational benchmarking. Enterprise administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization and ensuring that their team members comply with these terms. Assessment data generated within an enterprise account may be visible to authorized administrators for analytics and reporting purposes. Enterprise pricing, usage limits, and feature availability are governed by a separate enterprise agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform — including challenge designs, evaluation models, scoring algorithms, assessment templates, user interface elements, documentation, branding, and proprietary technology — is the exclusive intellectual property of our company and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the platform without prior written consent. Your assessment submissions remain your property, but you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and store them for evaluation, scoring, and platform improvement purposes.
8. Payment and Subscriptions
Certain features and services require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice; price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that assessment scores, certifications, or analytics will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or hiring decisions made based on assessment results. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for platform services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the security or integrity of our services. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall remain in effect.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority in our jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated terms on our platform and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
